after 4 days of taking 5 0 mgs of benadryl. WOW. Immediately after going off the ephedrine I switched to thermo gain, 3 pills 3X a day. Barely stayed awake. Now after 4 days of benadryl I could only do 2pills 2X's today. It really worked thanx for the info.

you're welcome man...just stay on that awhile, after you do that for a month try the ECA stack and keep a low dosage of benadryl...always remember to cycle your stuff so your body can recover
