order some ephedrine, go to a local drug store and get some aspirin and caffeine pills. Walla! ECA stack.

Order some Yohimburn, you already have the other ingredients. Walla!

it is far better to stack yohimburn with EC than to try taking oral Y with it (both sides and effectiveness wise)
