If have something up for sale for say $100 - what does it cost to list the item?


Is it a percentage?

I had found this really awesome tactical anti-barbie like doll and I thought the whole doll was for sale but it was just the gas mask and the guy selling it is willing to let it go but he wants the 96 cents that I cost him in listing fees.
