i am going to buy a car on ebay.. if the auction ends at say 5000 can the company require me to pay additional fees in addition to the auction price

stuff like a documentation fee? processing fee?

it says in the terms of sale that you do so do i have any right to argue?

if it is listed in the auction/terms of sale then yes.

just like shipping isn't ever included in the auction price. Or when you when an auction for airline tickets and it doesn't include taxes etc.
