If you're referring to my post, then you are mistaken. Protein stimulates glucagon production. Two effects of glucagon are that it causes the release of stored carbs from the liver, causing a greater feeling of satiety. This makes it less likely one will overeat carbs. Additionally, glucagon reduces insulin secretion. Again, I don't think "eating in order" has that significant of a "real world" effect however.diamonddiceclay said:that makes no sense
