eating before cardio

I want to start doing some cardio on Sunday morning. Would you suggest eating before or after my w/o - this would be when I first get up.:confused:
 
Eat after.....30 minutes after if you can.

Do the cardio on an empty stomch for sure though.
 
It depends on what you are doing the cardio for.

If its to help burn off some fat, then I wouldnt eat anything at all before your cardio, just like JG mentioned.

If its actually for your heart, then I would eat a little something before, but not much seeing that it would be immediately before your workout.
