Eating Before Bed

Not a steroid question I know, but I don't visit the other boards that often. My question is, what foods/meals do you guys eat a few (2-3) hours before bed. I usually eat a can of tuna/chicken, with a slice of cheese + 4 crackers, and a 1/4 cup of oatmeal, and lot of water for the oatmeal. This usually fills me up pretty good, but I am looking for an easy alternatives as these as well.
 
1 dozen eggs (scrambled)w/ a small amount of ketchup and lots of tabasco along with a slice of wheat bread toast

or a can of tuna on a slice of wheat bread with a slice of cheese on top(heated in a toaster oven.

Cottage cheese and a baked potato

I usually add a small salad or can of green beans to the above 3 meals along w/ a diet soda. Prep time for each is under 5 mins w/ minimal clean up.

A real bodybuilder will wake up in the middle of the night to eat again!
 
as above high i fat and protein and protein should idelly be caesin.

so i basiclaly have

cottage cheese dose depends on cut or bulk ona cut 100gram on abulk 300-450grams

then

ona cut for fats i have a handful or nuts, olives,a tbsp of sugar free peanut butter, a tbsp of udos or macadamia nut oil, a whole boiled egg or two- double the dosage if on a bulk

a fucking dozen eggs with a load of tobasco,I bet youre farts clear buildings

Chicken breast with no skin and wheat pasta when I bulk.

Castro, if you dont eat 4 hrs before bed and you sleep for up to say 8hrs, thats up to 12 hrs that your body will be using its own muscle to repair itself, as opposed to the food that you consume during that time, ie catabalism. You need to eat before bed mate.
 
2 scoops whey, 4 egg whites, 3 cups 2% milk- put all in a blender and drink it down. And it really don't taste that bad.
 
Boys, you gotta EAT and EAT hard before bed. Hell, my meal is 5-10 minutes before I crash....either muscle milk and cottage cheese OR.....peanuts, casein shake, cottage cheese.

Maybe so, but go look at his picture.. that guy is SWOLE.......So whatever he does, believe me. its working.

I eat egg whites, canadian bacon or turkey patties, and maybe a can of tuna.. i drink a very light protien shake right before bed, and i still go to bed pretty hungry..

no really peanut butter and protein shake my workout are pretty intense 3-3minute rounds of grabbling and lifting weights makes me hungry as hell.i am starving before i get out of the gym.

Where do you buy your muscle milk?
what are your stats/diet?

Right before I crash 1 Cup low fat cottage cheese, either mixed nuts in it or 1-2 T ANPB

it's ok to eat 2-3 hours before bed, as long as you eat right before bed as well....you need to feed your body every 2-3 hours and if you get 8 hours of sleep, that's 8 hours without fuel... that's why it's important to eat a slow-digesting protein along with good fats before bed, especially if you're not waking up in the middle of the night to fuel.... so casein... egg whites... cottage cheese... peanut butter... all great right before bed!

Nailed it..........How many peanuts or nuts is equivalent to a tb of pb?

I fart firecrackers so most of the stink burns out as it hits the atmosphere. I think I put a new hole in the ozone layer though..

Thats just how Ive always did it, Thats how I lost all the pounds when I was fat. Check out my before and after pics in the pics forem. It seems to work well for me.......... :)
