eating at night

Hey- does anyone have any thougts on how to stop eating at night, I really don't eat bad at night. Sometimes a fat free ice pop or something like that. But i really would like to cut it out complety. Further, i get the worst carb-cravings at night. Any supplements out there to help this.

Difficult isnt it? Try working out at 8pm and trying to figure out exactly how many carbs to consume post workout to feed your muscle properly without having too many carbs to sleep on and put fat on.

I just have to eat pure protein at nights when Im cutting it sucks and you won't get the carb charge but thats how it goes.

a tip: carb up every 4 days or so, you wont get the cravings and your body will continue to burn fat.

Carb up every 4 days while cutting? Won't this detract from your fat loss efforts? Sounds almost too good to be true...
