Wanna know if i should be eating all i can with EQ to have the best bennifits??keep in mind i have tendency to gain fat easily.My way of seing thing is:eat when i'm hungry as much as u want,but just clean food.Concerning proteines i think eating small portions like a tuna can every 3 hours.
If i wanna stay lean and not accumulate fat what protocol should i adopt guys?
