Eating and EQ

Wanna know if i should be eating all i can with EQ to have the best bennifits??keep in mind i have tendency to gain fat easily.My way of seing thing is:eat when i'm hungry as much as u want,but just clean food.Concerning proteines i think eating small portions like a tuna can every 3 hours.
If i wanna stay lean and not accumulate fat what protocol should i adopt guys?
 
Eq tends to increase your appetite anyway so you might find you have little choice as it will make you hungry regardless. Their is those that believe this is one of the reasons Eq is as good as it is due to the increased appetitie. Just keep your meals clean as best you can.

if your natural tendency is to carry fat,,,keep diet CLEAN,,,but eat good wholesome foods.
 
it's as simple as this; eat when you're hungry...and when you do keep it clean

that's it.
 
Hmm I don't I usually stick to a routine and eat x amount every hours and have my meals always planed out.

EQ raises your hunger level which is good if your bulking. Although I find and I've seen it posted by a few members that the hunger thing is very dose dependant, as in 400-600 mg you aree pretty hungry(alot more then usual) but at the 800 mark you can't help yourself, hungry all the time.

Also as the gain fat easilly what I do is eat supper clean 6 days out of 7 and cheat a bit on the 7th, this keep my metabolism going strong and not able to adjust to the just clean cals. Seems to work well for me. (if your bulking).

No bro....you will get fat. I usually start to eat all out 4-5 weeks into the cycle if it's a bulker and I go heavy with some cardio from time to time. I still put on some fat but not too bad cuz I go for the bulk not bf.
Going all out on food for me is eating high calories but still somewhat clean, good fats etc...Also just look in the mirror too bro and see if you need to make adjustments based on the results

I would still make sure you are eating in your target range for your diet. I gave into eating when I felt like it and I gained unwanted mass. I would be hungry immediately after eating a full meal sometimes, it was rediculous. Always hungry on that stuff.
 
on EQ right now at 500mg a week... not a huge bump in my appetite yet (on week 5).

stick to eating clean, in the long run, EQ or not, you will benefit.
 
it all depends on your goals, are you trying to bulk? or cut? eq makes me an eating machine, so i couldnt imiagine trying to cut on it... but as said above just eat clean but make sure you are taking in enough cals... and if you are like me and hunger gets bad to where you want to eat nonstop, but you are getting too many cals,, stock up on fat free jello, lemon ice, lowfat yogert ect.ect. just enough to put somthing in the belly but little or no cals...
 
I have just conmpleted 7 wks of EQ with a two week front load. My dose was 800 for wks 1-2 then 600 since. I honestly have had to cut down the eq to 400 because my appetite is simply out of control (Physically full but still thinking about food). I have gained 17lbs (3-4lbs mor fat then i wanted). I too tend toward overwieght and i can outeat any exercise regime my body (joints) will tolerate. And yes i do heavy squats and deads. So if your appetite gets "broken" cut back a bit on the EQ. What good is vasullarity if the only time you can see it is at the gym when your pumped?

You should have a cal goal already set for the day. Find out what yours should be each day and reach it.

Thats easy to say bro and i know different ways to calculate my basal metabolism and so the numbers of calories i'm burning in 24 hours,but when on EQ,all those calculation are eronous(no more valid)How much am i burning a day is a big ??? Its very hard if not possible to know.The best bet i'd say is what the other bros are saying and eat when i'm hungry(since i dont wanna be in a catabolic state...)And eat clean simple as that.
