Good food, keep a lot of sodium free seasoning and rubs around. Don't skimp on the quality of your meat. Do steak, tuna, chicken, the works. Variety is the spice of... Not getting bored
 
Use recompadrol+Need 2 Slin and it'll make you hungry.

Also if you want to get some extra clean calories in you can try out Raw protein bars but try mixing them with power PB and sugar free syrup ;)

That's part of the concept behind BIG BLAST. Most gainers are so filling you wind uo eating less and it defeats its own purpose. A fruit punch BIG BLAST with juice is about an extra 400 cals with 50 grams of the highest quality protein and you can be hungry a half hour later.
