i have a bit of a problem for the next 4 weeks. i have a large lot of whey protein on order from the US but it wont arrive until at least that time. i cant justify going out and buying another tub as fiscal issues prevent it at the moment. i am just going to wait it out and try and find other sourses of protein.
i dont think i know too many alternatives. i am eating boiled eggs, beans and trying to eat lean meats. i have been making shakes in the morning with soy milk and banana with a few teaspoons of flax seed oil. if there is anything i can add to the shake that will up protein intake i'd appreciate being told.
if anyone could tell me of any foods, snacks etc. that are high in protein i would appreciate it. Any suggestions are appreciated!
