Have you tried this protein powder?

Any recommendation?

I know it is not top quality but it is cheap!
Less than $30 for 6lbs

Well it's pretty much the same as others:

22g for 30g serving
24g for 32g serving for Optimum 100% Whey Protein

I've bought the regular EAS 100% whey at Target for $13 / 2lb
and it has 23Gms per serving and tastes OK..

Also Target has Body Fortress Whey which is the same Gms and only $11...

And then I'll toss in a serving or two or the ON gold just to make me feel better about using cheaper whey..

I may have been away from the supplement side of fitness but when did EAS start putting out weak products? Back in the day everybody was praising them.

mayo is 42 per serving.I dont use a protein unless its 40g or more per serving.I like the ones that are more like 60 grams per serving,and even then I do a double scoop

eas still has a shit loud of good stuff out there.there still one of the best in my book.

EAS has a range of supplement quality levels. Cheap to good..

You want plain old 23G whey concentrate/Isolate with cheap flavoring,
3 gms of carbs and no add on's for $13 a tub ? you got it...

You want higher end Isolate with all manner of Aminos and Vitamins etc
for $20, they have that too..

i bought some today from www.supplementscanada.com for 24 bucks i thinks.. 6lbs its not bad mixes well too..
