Well, here is how I am using it.
Derma:
4 Pumps in the AM after a shower
1 Pump in the PM after a shower before bed
Phyto:
2ml in the AM after breakfast
1ml at lunchtime afer lunch
2ml in the evening before bed
No insomnia or problems sleeping. After my first full week plus a couple days I noticed that I was able to easily able to bump weight up on some of my routines, and even do some extra sets. The other night I got pretty pumped up during some routines so much so that it hurt a bit.
My early impression is that I feel a bit stronger in the gym and a bit more motivated to work through my routines. Cardio seems to run a bit smoother too. I feel stronger and feel like I recover a bit quicker between sets and on my off days. Sometimes after a particulary long workout, I take two days off, and when I did while on this and came back I felt really strong, and it showed in the gym by the way I was able to bump up weight on just about all my routines. No earth shattering results but I do think that this stack is helping.
I bought 2 bottles of Phyto, Two Sustain, and Two Derma (One Free Due to the Offer) The offer got me off the fence to give it a try. So far I like it.
I'll be adding Amp02, and Lipo when they arrive. I am taking at the minimum 200 grams of protein a day, actually more between 200-300 but 200 the least I ever take in.
I'm not rich, but this stuff seems like it's helping, and like it's worth it. It's only been the first week, and my impressions thus far are positive, can't wait to stack the other stuff and see how I come out on the end of 8 weeks.
