During Bulk cycle Diet HELP

I need somebody expert in this domain
What is the difference (during a cycle bulking cycle) between:
1.Having a 4500 kcal diet organized, eat everyday at the same hour of the day, each meal respected by the time of the day...with almost same food (protein shakes also)

2.Having not a serious diet, not organized by the time during the day but eating as a crazy pig,and totally during the day eat 5000 kcal.(of course never missing eggs' white and protein shakes)
I mean,no organized meals just eat as much as u can...
Any advices are welcome

u need to count your calories and space your meals every 2 hours. If you juat eat randonmly through out the day, you will never truly know if your reaching your calorie goal everyday. alot easier to remember if you only have to remember meals and not snacks and extra snacks. unless your writing down all of your snacks an everything you intake for the day to calculate. Jsut sounds difficult to manage. Id go traditional with 5 meals and 3 shakes...

you gotta remember it's not just about calories, it's important to have your p/c/f ratio in check...so basically option 1 is bulking option two is more likely to get you fat lol

+1 not to mention cholesterol issues and nutrient combos needed bas on activity and time of day
being organized you can keep it clean, count your protein intake as well as an accurate cal intake. shit if i ate just random to be eating id be kickin it at hardees daily cause that shit is effin delicious.

Great answers
What would be the perfect ratio for bulking most mass possible?p/c/f?
(doesn't matter if there's fat into it,that's my goal)

it really varies with each individual...Just to throw a few out there

40/40/20
40/30/30
30/50/20

If fat isn't an issue I would go with a higher carb intake, you just gotta feel out what works best for you.....hope that helps

this varies for everyone just like the amount of calories will vary as well. and if you dont keep a good log of your food intake you will never know what works best for you. Plus there are real health issues like bp/cholesterol/etc that you should be looking out for as well.

That's what i'm trying to figure it out but i don't know how to start
what i know is that even if i eat a lot like a pig i don't get as fat as someone else would do
i think having a 4000cal would be nothing for me and i've checked my health lately..my cholesterol
and bp are good i had no problems..The only thing i can say i had proteins % higher than normal..
But i think it's because of my diet and taking shakes.
I never really had a diet i've just ate as a crazy man and i retained 25 lbs after my first cycle(i've gained 33 lbs)..The problem is at the second cycle with the same diet,a stack much more complex than the first one, well training i got some lbs,i think i retained 7,8 lbs..i was pretty scared
i think my diet has a lot of problems,Eating as a pig doesn't help me anymore..so how should i really start?

I could not have put it any better myself! If you don't track your cals you don't have any idea what your intake is. No clue = alot of goo around the mid section!

why the hell wouldnt you count your cals from a shake? esp if your shake is geared towards building mass. I came from 150 to what i am now 195 (no not in one month and no not bc of cycles alone) and my shake was a huge part of that. 3 scoops big blast protein, oats, pb, whole milk, and heavy whipping cream.... thats like saying dont count the protein in your protein shake.

I too can pound big macs daily and not gain an effin pound lol..... really you have to know your body. to start i would get a diet based souly on numbers and play it safe with times of day. example plan your meals +SHAKES to equal 4000 cals and at least 2 grams of protein per pound you currently weigh. for times of day most of your carbs should be pre work out or earlier in your day. eat meat i eat at least 2 lbs of meat per day easy fish, chicken , lean beef ect. eat a good night time protein such as boiled eggs as a before bed time snack. you will adjust based on energy levels when you need, any increase in bf, ect. the hard part is counting protein. just bc its says 20g of protein doesnt mean its 20g of usable protein which is where a supp like gear comes in handy. if your not using any sup like that i always try to ver shoot my protein goal , it doesnt hurt to have excess protein.

dont just eat to eat make sure its clean and serves a purpose to your goals. if you eat shitty youll feel shitty look shitty and your results will be just that shitty

ranger your conclusion it's perfect, that's the way i felt and your tips are great for
starting...atleast i can hope i'ma do better a lot better next time

no prob bro... hope it helps. and here is a link to a thread that has some pretty good recipes you can make in bulk to eat on throughout the week that will help meet your goals. all you really have to do is rotate these meals weekly and add on a good breakfast/bed time snack (hard boiles eggs) along with a good protein regiment. btw big blast protein is a great protein for someone who is bulking.
