Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Ok, I have been wanting to ask this for some time now so here goes. I have some dumbbells with the spinner caps on the ends. As I add more weight to the dumbbells it seems the end caps loosen a lot easier and it gets stressful trying to tighten them back after each set. Does anyone have any ideas to keep those damn things tight and prevent them from loosening? I am aware I can buy alternative styled dumbbells but I want to keep and use these. Thanks !!!
