Do you guys think that customs will tighten up on package coming in from overseas because of this dumb fuck pilot flyin near White House? I hope not because I have package coming over right now. I was thinking that this might make them check more packages. What do you all think?

It's not going to make any difference. Pilots stumble into these restricted areas all the time. The only reason they made a big deal out of this is because they evacuated the Capitol/White House.

Not really dumb, but just unprepared. My dad has had problems with his transponder quite a bit. He always checks the second he gets up in the air though. But if his went out in flight you really can't blame him.
