Dumb question: shake up WInny?

Since WInny separates into a clear fluid and a white one, do you shake it up before drawing?

If you don't want all those bubbles and foam making a "head" on your winny, I just get the amp, or bottle, whatever the case may be, and roll it back and forth between my hands for awhile, instead of shaking it. Iit will mix without getting all the "foam bubbles".

shake and by the time its in the syringe the bubbles are history, it only takes a minute or so
