What a first post! as someone who has been battling Excema since i was about 6 years old, i can tell you that lotions will only make it worse, the best is a Moisturizer called Cetaphil http://www.cetaphil.com/ , Excema is a skin disease that affects millions of people. It can present early in life, most usually as a contact dermatitis. This is a skin condition caused by coming into contact with substances that act as skin irritants. People suffering form excema often have reactions to substances that are considered normal to other people. The most common substances include soaps and detergents. Cetaphil makes a soap that you can use, when i finally decided to go see a dermatologist, he gave me a bunch of different samples to take home and try, from what ive seen their products are the best for dry skin.. Wearing soft wool gloves will also help.
