You can't even fucking type... Just got home from the gym an hour and a half ago.. 40 mins of cardio for tonight, held off on any lifting.. still sore. Now im playing some Rocky on xbox with my friend.
Yep...keep at it. I was so dedicated to my workouts and cardio. I decided I wanted to bulk and got off the cardio....now it is a bitch to get back into it. I'm getting there though.

Protein shakes, eating clean.. taking in as much protein as possible.. eating about 5 small meals a day.
Lotsa vitamin c, ripped fuel (ephedra free), and gugul extract.
As far as going catabolic.. I don't think I mind if its not major muscle loss.. i'm working out at the same time too... even if I do go slightly catabolic.. Muscle memory is a great thing.
