drug testing

Hey guys! i have a problem here... i got arrested friday night for pushing my girlfriend out of my apartment. she fell down scraped her knees called the cops. we were both drunk. anyways we are cool now but i have this domestic violence charge on me. She didn't know about my gear and it was under my bed. While I was in jail she snooped around and found a box with syringes and 2 empty viles of test. She told the detective. when i found this out i went home and threw all the stuff away. it was still there. I'm not sure why he didn't ask her to give it to him or what. I'm in the military. My boss said that they will probably test me. Can 200 to 400mg of test show up if on test? also, can they still do anything about the stuff she said I had? I threw it all away. No one touched anything. isn't it her word against mine? I'm scared and confused. Her and i are back together, unfortunately the state picked up the charges....

Well even if the state picked up the charges if she is not willing to testify I can't see how they have a case against you. Your word against hers and if she is not talking its just your word. As far as the gear goes they can't do anything its hearsay.

Actually, most states have adopted a stance on DV that makes it so the victim does not have to testify. The state brings the charges...not the victim...sorry bro. As far as the test goes if you are in the military and you CO hears about allegations of steroid use you can probably bet you will be called on the carpet. As far as the cops go if they didn't confiscate it you should not have anything to worry about.

well what kind of test did you take and how long ago? test is in the human body some people have high levels and some are low. iam sure if they dont est you in a few weeks you should be fine. besides for that i would just worry about how you treat your lady.

I wouldn't worry too much about the Military testing you for steroids...maybe for recreationals but DEFINITLY not juice!

The only thing you have to worry about is the fact that you slapped your 'ho around and now you are in trouble.... If you have a temper...get help! Stop taking juice if you act like an ass on it...learn some self control homeboy....you don't want a slew of DV arrests and or convictions on your record!

Other than that....don't worry about the test...they might try to scare you and tell you you are being tested for juice...but trust me...they won't spend that kind of money on some "woman-beater"!

check the laws for your state on as.most states you are allowed to have a certain amount of as /when it gets to a certain point they think your selling so if your under that your all right depending on your state laws.most of my cop freinds use and they say they could care less about if someone is using AS /its not one of their major concerns.as far as the drug test their is nothing to worry about with a reguar drug test unless they test you for AS only which is very expensive and most companies dont want to pay for that type of test.

I didn't beat on a woman. I did not mean to push her down. No excuses bro. I am very sorry for what I've done already enrolled in anger management classes and stopped drinking. I feel like shit for pushing someone I love and hurting them.... I will make sure this doesn't happen again.

If my CO hears about this in the report, it's my word against hers right? As lond as i stay off and deny it, test negative i should be OK?????
