I'm constantly held accountable for keeping a business running 24/7, writing software that almost every employee depends on to do their job, and i can't make mistakes. Mistakes for me means there are 25 employees in the parking lot smoking on the clock.

Is it ok for me to hold someone else accountable? Fuck no. I get the exact same review.

Its called intolerance of incompetence. Everyone should have it.
