This is my first post so bare with me. I need to drop body fat whilst keeping as much muscle mass and strength as I can.
I'll tell you a little about myself. I am 22 years old and a student. I'm a big guy. My pre-cut weight was 350 pounds. I am pretty fit for my weight. I lift weights and play sports pretty regularly but for me to get that big, my diet was absolutely horrible. My bench max is 315 lbs and my squat max is 515+.
I started my cutting routine 17 days ago. I have been eating relatively healthy and I am at 327 after 17 days. I'm happy that my routine is going well but I am a little worried that I am losing some muscle mass with that weight. I know that since I weigh a lot, the initial weight lost will be easy to lose and that may be an explanation on why I have been losing a little over a pound a day. I don't think my diet is lacking. I am eating relatively healthy. I am eating around 2800 calories a day. I am eating plenty of protein, at least 200 grams, and I think that is enough. I am keeping the fat consumption low and the carb consumption pretty normal. My workout routine is for 6 days a week. I lift everyday of the week with 2 body parts on half the days and 1 body part +core/abs on the other 3 days. I don't do any cardio in the gym but I walk everywhere and I consider that as my cardio for now since I am cutting from a heavy weight.
My goal weight, hopefully by February/ March, is to get to 250 lbs so I can start playing the sports I enjoy, especially football, at a high intensity. I want to be huge and cut and I just need your guys advice on a couple steroids that are cutters, Primobolan and Winstrol. I don't know much about steroids but I've heard that any steroid is bad for you when you are young. I'm turning 22 in less than a week and I really want to know more information about these drugs. Are there any bad side effects? What type of cycle should I use? Should I wait to do these steroids when I plateau from my natural weight loss or should I incorporate them now?
