dropping BF before starting cycle

I am going to start my deca/dbol/sust cycle in may and I was wondering if it is best to shed BF before starting. I think I am in the range of 15-17%? probably higher..Should I wait and hit up some cardio? Or should I just start it and shed the weight after the cycle. Thanks for the help!
BTW....I am 6'1" 200 lbs. looking at taking in around 3500 to 4000 cals.

Start dieting and get your bf lower. You'll have better gains and less estrogen sides.
 
if thats u in your avi.. your dont look 15-17% , but we havn't seen your front, lol.
if you want to loose a few lbs to start the cycle it would be a benefit after the cycle in regards that you might loose a percent or 2 of bf during the cycle, but incase u dont loose any bf or gain a little , it will look a lot better than bulking with already 15- 17% and it will be easier to cut a little bit or not at all than to cut with the higher bf... man i think i confused myself...
 
Hey I'm starting my cycle in May as well and am dieting 6 weeks leading up to it. actually my very first attempt at dieting, DIETING SUCKS! I think for me it will be good cause I won't be so bloated and fat and large when on my cycle, so i'll look better and get a lot less "Hey man you are fucking huge what are you taking" comments.

Cool thanks for the advice..I will hold off with my cycle for a couple of mos to drop some lbs. Karma for ya man!!

Thanks for the advice, I will start to hit the treadmill every morning! This is gonna suck man!!! :worried:
 
What would be a good BF to start at? Say I'm at 15% now and want to start as soon as possible, what would be the highest I could be without more estrogen sides?
