Dropped a plate on my foot today

Poor baby. I bet that hurts like hell. When I was little a friend of mine had a can of frozen orange juice fall out of the freezer and break her toe. Those "oj injuries" can be a bitch.

Yesterday I was about halfway up the staircase into my apartment and somehow managed to fall all the way back down the stairs. I'm just smooth like that.

Don't ever try this...it hurts like a sumbitch. I was pulling plates plates off a bar loaded on the squat rack so I could warm up, and I went to lean one of the 45s on the side of the squat rack. It fell over on my second toe. The most embarrassing part the whole thing was being taken out of the gym on a stretcher and being denied CPR and an oxygen mask by the paramedic.
I just remembered that I had done this because my toe has been hurting all night, and I finally took my sock off to see what the problem is, and there's a bruise my toe(this happened 8 hours ago).

this happened to a guy at my gym a few weeks ago. Hope it heals soon.
