I remember somebody posting an animal study here over a year ago about drinking winny. If I remember it correctly, the ratio was:

38 mg's of injected winny = 50 mg's of oral winny

But that was in animals.

It's here somewhere. It was during raging debate #289827983 about drinking winny. Someone posted the full abstract and I remember it was a mouse study (I think).

Shoot it your better off, but it is ok to drink once in while if injection sites are getting sore from every day injections
