I remember somebody posting an animal study here over a year ago about drinking winny. If I remember it correctly, the ratio was:

38 mg's of injected winny = 50 mg's of oral winny

But that was in animals.

I prefer to shoot it also so my supply lasts longer. I alway's do more if i have to drink it cause of the break down,which i know some people don't think matter's much. That's only when i'm doing ed inject's already with prop or tren though. I think winny tastes like shit though unless you get the flavored ug brand,that stuff ain't bad.
