My buddy is going away for 8 months next week,on some thing where he travels and does charity work etc and we plan to send him off properly tonight.

what is a good sweet type drink I can have,I usually drink rye/coke and beer,but I want to enjoy the taste tonight,so lets make some suggestions.

anything with OJ is out as it gives me wicked acid reflux

Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients
Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Triple Sec., "Holland House Sour Mix", Coke

Instructions
1. 3/4 fill a TALL cocktail glass with ice
2. Pour in 1/2 oz. Vodka (1/2 oz is a shot glass)
3. Add 1/2 oz. Gin
4. Add 1/2 oz. Rum
5. Add 1/2 oz. Tequila
6. Add a 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
7. Add "Holland House" Sour Mix until glass is 3/4 full
8. Stir thoroughly.
9. Top with coke
10 Stir again
11.Serve garnished with a lemon wedge.

30 ml Bacardi Limon
15 ml Midori Melon Liqueur
15 ml Blue Curacao
15 ml Lemon Juice
90 ml Pineapple Juice





Build bacardi, midori, blue curacao, lemon juice and pineapple juice in that order over ice in a highball glass, or shake and strain into a martini glass. Add a slice of lemon to either the highball glass or the rim of the martini glass. Serve with two straws

Personally I love beer, but it gives you a gut. I try to alternate. Beer one night, bacardi superior and diet coke the next night
