Can you call someone at Dartmounth and ask them what vitamins and minerals they are talking about? Because according to Gatorade there are none other than potassium.-It has too many vitamins and minerals. It will actually dehydrate most people by clogging there filters. Learned that while at Dartmouth. They said to cut it in half with water unless you are a serious triathlete.
