he's fine. slid on ice, hit a mailbox, spun around and into a little gully... because of the snow, he couldn't get it out on his own, but his friend came and pulled him out.

car runs fine, headlight is "screwed", bumper is "messed up". I haven't seen it yet though.

i just had a little hissy fit on the phone about his driving speed though.
he said he was doing 40 in a 45, but if it's icy, that's too fast. He argued that it wasn't and I said his bumper says otherwise.

That could well be. I just hate it when people condemn Scotch without trying anything decent. The 21 portwood runs about $150 a bottle so it's a decen low-mid range price wise. What I was drinking on NYE would run about $1,200 a bottle if you could get it in the US.
