I think I will pass on celebrating Halloween again this year. Maybe next year will be different.

A costume like the one you mentioned should not be all that hard to assemble. Skinny jeans are in again. Get a wig (at any Spencers). Lots of bandanas... try thrift stores for funky jacket maybe and of course, gotta wear converse.
