I had to buy something to wear for my interview today. HORRORS! Why is it that dressing rooms have the most unflattering lights ever. I don't like my butt and legs anyway, but now that I'm pregnant....:worried:

So, if they actually want you to buy some clothes instead of catching a glimpse of dimply flesh and going home crying, why not put some lights in there that actually make you look attractive. Those flourescent bulbs make EVERYONE look green and dimply.

I bought my outfit but went home crying.

I know!! whenever I try something on I never like it but if I purchase the same thing online i love it.

I think the pressure to shop for an outfit for a certain occasion, instead of just shopping for something you like, makes you try on things that you normally would not buy, and you dont like the way they look.

I looked way better with the clothes ON...lol. It was the sight of my naked thighs that brought me to tears...LOL>

i never wanted to be a dressing room mirror so much in my life. im sure you looked fantastic.

tripple mirror'd ones make great times for sneaky sects.

The peeople that work there are always annoyed though, especially if it's a busy fitting room...

fitting room mirrors and lighting make me look extra super jacked

LOLOLOLOLOL...seems that men like flourescent lighting.

I just NOW got back from my interview which included a LONG dinner. WHEW!

It was the WEIRDEST interview ever. The female associate who sort of interviewed me first loved me. However, the partner took one look at my prego belly and was asking, so you will be off until at least December, then, right? :worried: I said "no way, I only plan to take 2 weeks off." He said, "that's what they all say."

I think the prego belly probably lost me the job.

Not many more questions were asked. We all went to dinner and just shot the bull. They drank, and I had iced tea.

I don't think I got it. :bawling:

I already told you that....I wished you the best but they don't want to replace a prego leaving with a prego leaving a couple months later. :)

You'll find something.....
Yeah, I'm just going to sort of wait now until the baby is here. I'm so close that it is getting sort of silly. I would be at the job a week or two and then have to take off.

Had you asked, that would have been my advice.....I'm sure they would have hired you after you were over maternity....
