grrrr... its over 3 months that the project has been completed.... after ump-teen hundred changes and hours of debating over roof pitch, room size, door sizes, blah blah.. finally you think ahhh... Im done...

And then bam... you get an email! Bidding is 99% done but we made changes and would like to have the plans updated WTF... grrrrrrrrrrrr

just remember who has te last word when making up the bill!!!
put on the glove use plenty of grease and bend them over insert up to your elbow..

I knew I could use those rubber gloves and that KY for something.... LMAO.

Acutally with the hours I put in on this damn house I feel like I was raped! I have issues with sticking it to people. I do this part time and mostly cause I enjoy it 'at first' lol. Every once and a blue moon I'll have the perfect customer that makes me want to keep drawing.. and then bam I get sucka punched with the homeowners from hell...

I'm working on a set of 'Stock' plans to offer to customers.. a change here and there would be ok.. all this crap of pulling pics out of 10 or so books and pasting them together... expecting me to work a miracle is growing old fast..lol.

I once got this hand drawing from a lady for her bathroom.. get this.. she draws the bathroom 8x6 (small already) then proceeds to draw in a Tub.. Shower, full size vanity, toilet, and bidet. When I told her that all couldn't possibly fit she thought 'I' was nuts.. LOL.
