Whats the deal with puffy nips, not obvious gyno like the ones in your post but nipples that are loose and not tight? My nips are puffy and kinda hang, not alot but enough to bother me, This all changes when its cold outside and my nips tighten up and you can't tell. Could you please explain about that, I know a few people that seem to have this problem. Thanks

I have had this problem before and too me it is a combination of Higher bodyfat{12-14%} and elevated prolactin levels.

That might be it, I am 5'11 240 but I think my bf is right around 10%, I'm just going by my abs which is a 4 pack. I know this is not a scienticfic method but its pretty accurate. So did yours go away when your bodyfat was lower. I'm traing for a show in Sept. long time away but I would need to put on about 20-25 more pounds before I really start my diet. So maybe I'll find out when I start my cardio. Thanks
