Dramatic Physique Transformation

So I ran accross this earlier and had to post it here too. It's one of the few real "Holy shit" moments I've had in a while.

More merrit to the argument that training is training (i.e. BBers don't need Hammer Iso-Anal Squeezes to develop a symetrical asscrack) and diet will really define your physique (you might as well punt on genetics because you can't do anything about that).

Enjoy - I have no doubt you guys will be as stunned as I was.

Only negative is the carbed up pictures are a bit blurry and low quality but pretty obviously a major improvement from the depleted ones. Just unbelievable.

EDIT: This is a whole thread and Dave chimes in later to talk about his diet for those that were curious.

WOW! that IS impressive.

what did he do to get down to that bf level?

humm I have seen better physique transformations than this one .

The guy simply lost all the fat . And obviously used a lot of shit in the way .

BUT still I give him the props to lose all the fat which is not easy and he looks pretty damn good now . Pretty damn good .

nevermind, I kept reading.. that is cool he posted a sample diet.

very impressive.. cutting that much fat while maintaining so much muscle.

Thats very impressive...I just wonder if he kept a lot of his "beast" strength after the injury and after thinning out. I mean it looks like he has.

Diesel....Great work :Chef: :tuc:

That's fucked up...my buddy just sent me a pic of this to my work email. I was impressed. Those carb up pics are great. He should compete. To the poster above that asked if this is his first cycle...it's not...

no matter what juice you take it still is hard work to transform your body like that. there are always people with negative input no matter what. a guy can go from 500 lbs down to 245 lbs and some idiot will say "yea but his tricepts need a little work". some people miss the point.

the guy obviously just used a bunch of winstroll and trenbol stuff, anyone could do the same thing if they took enough steroids. Right. Sigh.

back to reality for a second.. damn, thats one big boy right there. Wonder how long he'll maintain the leaness for, I think most strength athletes would want a little extra water and padding? awesome. :Chef:

i'll tell you something else- no matter how good his diet was or what drugs he took, the only way to get that kind of muscle density is through HEAVY lifting.

The guy is definetly a genetic freak and very gifted obviously before he even did anything else.A physique like that is 1 in a million for sure.

Bump that^^^^^
Now he's a freak, def not his first cycle but who cares homie is built like a house because he lifts one everytime he's in the gym. Powerlifters with genetics make great Bodybuilders. Johnnie O. Jackson for example :)
