Dr. JMW -- Post-deca HCG/clomid question

DrJMW, I read your post cycle recovery plan on another post, but I didn't understand whether you recommend starting the clomid at the same time as the HCG or after. Could you tell me if this looks right?

(other opinions welcome, too!)

Wk 1-3 Dbol
Wk 1-8 Deca

POST -CYCLE
Wk 9-11 HCG 2000iu 3x/wk
WK 9-14 Clomid 50mg/day

Actually he is going to tell you that you need to be running Nolvadex along with the HCG and then for 3 weeks after (So you will be on N-dex for a total of 6 weeks at 20 mg / day.)

I would say do that but then if you are not responding after the HCG then you should add some Clomid on top of the N-dex the last few weeks. (A bit over kill but at least you are well covered.)

Not everyone responds the same to N-Dex and Clomid. I would say to avoid the Clomid at all costs because it affects me in a bad way.

I don't have Nolva on hand, so hopefully, the doc will say it isn't essential, but I guess I'll have to wait and see... Thanks.

Well Nolva and Clomid are somewhat similar in that they both "negate" the effect of e. However, clomid seems to include some extra side effects when you start to increase the amount. (N-dex appears to be "strong" ) I am only basing this off information that I have read and heard from others. I am not a doctor so take it for what it is worth.

I think that it is a good idea to use anti-e's in conjunctin with HCG because there is a chance that you can get a rise in e levels. Just something to consider.

I will spare you the speech about taking a cycle without having the proper equipment

Good luck with your recovery. Next time get some n-dex and see how that works for you. clomid sucks ass

Grainger is correct. Nolvadex is the superior choice to go along with HCG. Nolvadex is the better anti-estrogen to combat estrogen rebound and it is a great stimulator of the pituitary to release LH. Lastly, Nolvadex doesn't have the sides that Clomid does.

oh, one other question: am I correcr to start the post cycle recovery immediately, or do you think I should wait a week or two, and then take the HCG starting week 10?

I can answer this one two according to docs instructions. Yes, start right away. You should take your first shot of HCG the same week as your last shot of AS. I have asked him the same question
