heya gals...just got my bf% tested and have dropped 5% bf...which im pretty darn happy about considering my time off from intense training...just shows you how important diet is.

well i must admit it has been a long time since i last got my bf done... ide say at least 6 months ago.

I dont know what it was at the time when I was training really hard..I think maybe lower! Nonetheless, its down..which is a big relief. I do cardio everyday, and eat low carb, mod fat, high protein. I cut out all starchy and most highly- processed foods. Also cut out all those protein bars and other junk.
I dont ever have a hi carb day or eat any junkfood. It works...so i guess I'll be sticking to it.
 
it absolutely amazes me that people overlook the diet part of their training/weight loss. people think that if they simply get on the treadmill for 30mins. or hit the local gnc and buy some ecas, the weight will just slip right off. weight loss begins in the kitchen. if the diet isnt right, you can forget the rest.

congrats on the 5%. 5% makes a pretty big difference.
