Dostinex: sides/negatives?

Whacked

New member
What are the BADS with taking this drug. It seems like this drug is all positives and NO negatives :D

PS: I loved the shit.......constant hard-ons, sick libido, "euphoric feeling".......I would take it all year if I could afford it (just wondering WHY I shouldn't :( )

Help?

Well, I dont think any "good" can come of taking a drug nonstop, no matter how "safe" it is. JMO.

Dostinex is one of the safer prescription drugs, prolactin, the hormone which Dostinex lowers, has significant roles in women. But in men, prolactin does not appear to have an significant roles that medicine is aware of. I would say it's use is relatively safe, paritcularely during the use of prolactin raising drugs or when dieting and cutting.

From everything I've read thus far; I agree with ya Junk, although Guvna brings up a very valid point.

I also have been looking into this compound.

I turn up things that are not negative but I am very suspicious.

I took a drug a long time ago to get to sleep and the stuff gave me tarded dyskinesia it was hell.

I see dostinex is a dopamine antagonist not sure about the actual mechanism and what possible negative ramifications it may have.

It is used from what I understand to fight the symptoms of parkinsons disease.

I also read something about its neuron free radical scavenging, from my standpoint that is a good thing in its favor.

anyone else got any ideas on what could or could not be a problem with this drug?

thanks in advance

im thinkin bout gettin on it during tren cycle and if it is all its cracked up to be may use it more often too

I've tried dostinex twice and had bad experiences both times. It put me into a VERY depressed state for about 72 hours and almost completely eliminated my appetite. And I didn't notice any beneficial sexual effects either. Most people seem to have good resuts from it, unfortunately I'm not one of them.

What dosages where you taking?

LC

It's actually a very serious drug and has a lot of serious side effects. Has the potential to cause a complete change in personality and severe depression.
Research its side effects before you take it.

Do you happen to have any links to that specific data? I am now taking it for restless legs syndrome. I would like to understand the impact longer term and also at higher doses when I occasionally need to keep prolactin in check as well.

Yup, same here, except that it only lasted for about two days. I'm almost certain is has something to do with dostinex being a dopamine antagonist.

That said, I am prone to depression and have been on meds for seven years, so my experience obviously won't be that of everyone.

its tardive dyskinesia , but "tarded" is more descriptive of the visual result I guess lol (if that was an intentional malaprop, you should be writing comedy :FRlol: )

and Dostinex is the devil for me - severe depression, zero appetite, lethargy - not alot of fun to be around. ask a few ex's.

Never thought I'd see the word "malaprop" on this board. lol

Like to hear more feedback, I'v taken it twice for about 6weeks and had zero side effects aside from running after the wife with a pogo stick all day.

cabaser is one of those " internet drugs " that rides the hype train regularly, along with primo. notice how the most heavily hyped drugs are the most expensive ones. dont buy hype

Bro one of the biggest sides from dostinex is the empty pocket sindrome, too f****g expensive.

Is there any more affordable med with the same preventive features?

I noticed I get sensative to heat, when i walk outside in the heat (its summer here) i break out into itching fits just as i start to sweat....then once i break a sweat i'm ok....just the transition
