Dosing question............a little help please.

My question if you all can help me is.........I was going to run Test\EQ and the dose was going to be 250/200. Everyone is giving me grief saying that it whould be 400/500. In your opinion if I ran the lower dose would it still be effective, grant it not as much, but still effective. I am not looking for HUGE steroid like gains, just some slow increase quality LBM.

I am 5'6" and weigh 165-170 pds. about 13-15% bf. I have done two deca\test cycles in the past and was looking to try something different.

You got it about right. Expect low gains. It will do something though that is for sure, nothing dramatic but it will work.

from what ive read of others gains you will see a slow nominal gain with a cycle like that.

I think i understand what you want, try 250mg test and 400mg eq.
it is almost a comprimise between the two. slow steady gains... for 10-12 weeks. you should not really get much in the way of test sides at that dose
