Whats better.....

Taking 400 mg test cyp on a Wed
And taking 200 mg of Deca on a Wed


OR


Take 200mg of test cyp and 100mg of Deca on a Mon and 200 mg of test cyp and 100mg of Deca on a thur

What would be the better way to take out of the 2 ways

I'm curious why you used Wednesday as the base.

Anyway...best to spread it out for hormonal stability , but really, do you think in the long run, one way will produce more muscle than another?

since you are only separating the dose by one day it doesnt matter. For best distribution of hormone blood levels do it wed then on sat or sun. But for these compounds it probably doesnt matter in the long run as they are long acting esters.
