dosage question

What up guys
i have been running test cyp 200 one stick a week now for 8 weeks and im going to up my dosages b/c i havent gained as much as i wanted. Question is will it be ok to shoot 2 cc's(400 mg test cyp.) once a week or should i do it twice a week? I need all the advice i can get. thanks dudes

you can do it twice a week if you dont mind the sticks , other wise once a week is just fine.

200mg a week is not much at all....im not suprised you havent gained the amout you wanted....id up to at LEAST 400mg week......shooting 2 cc's is fine...just shoot it a bit slower so you dont get an absess, then massage, but it shoudnt be a big deal.

If you've been at it for 8 weeks already I'd take a break and hit it again in a couple of months with the proper planning. But I know you don't want to hear that.

id personally take 10 weeks off and start back at 350 mgs week for 8 weeks with 20-30 mgs d-bol the first 3 weeks.imho

Agreed, it's too late to raise dosage unless you plan on running it for another 8wks.
