I hate those guys who every time they train they feel they have to do some benching. I mean i bench twice a week once for chest and once close grip for triceps but even then you have people looking at you like 'get off that bench i've only used it six times this week' these type of guys have to also do bicep curls every day still look on the bright side they will never disturb you on the squat as they dont train legs
