do not listen or take notice of anything this guy says, he hates bodybuiling and bodybuilders....i know this because he hangs out around the gym i go to, in the bar across the road. he starts fights with alot of the smaller guys at the gym but does not have the balls to pick on any of us big boys!

yeah its true, i read buffals posts on another discussion board site. Hes a bit of a prick and tries to cause trouble. And he always flames other posts (esp before/after pics) :
