2 months ago I changed my plan and added 200 xt msgs a month. They emailed me and it said it will be changed. Then I called them and the lady changed it just to make sure.

Now I get a freaking 380 dollar bill, I dont even know where I got that from and I got 450 minutes over my talk time. I DON'T TALK THAT MUCH ON THE PHONE!

what do you guys think I should do, reduce the payment as much as I can and go with a different company? cingular has been a pain in the ass for a really long time. Id have to pay penalty fees but I dont give a shit anymore. Really they are just farked up. Custumer service just farkin sucks, I think the emply the dumbest retards who can barely put 2 and 2 together.

fark, what do you guys think.
 
i do know they have an awful billing system..and its not to your advantage either, its to their advantage
 
I just want to cancel my plan, if they gonna do this 2 weeks then thats fucked up. I also made some payments online that I shouldnt have.
 
on top of that they assured me that they took my brothers name off the billing thing and It's still there


I think the lady that said she will change all this flat out lied to me.

sorry to break the news but verizon won't be much better. Yes they have a huge "IN" community which saves you a good # of minutes. But almost EVERY month our phone bill comes with a mistake (whether it says we ordered a platinum ringtone service which we never did or added another LINE which we never did etc.) there is almost ALWAYS a problem and we have to call and be put on hold for an hour or so to fix the damn problem that we are held responsible for. big BIG pain in the ass. Hearing this reassures me that i was right by sticking to verizon n not switching since im guessing cingular isnt much better :verygood: ;)
 
Well from everyone I know ive heard good things about tmobile and thats what I really want.

negative. My friend who had just switched to Verizon from t-mob. and said he NEVER had service with them and the only good thing is they have cool looking phones. And he said verizon is better. so im guessin t-mobile must suck :verygood: :rolleyes:
 
My friends from the area north of Milwaukee, WI had reception problems with all T-Mobile phones. Seems those that live in less-populated areas have minimal reception with T-Mobile. That's the only problem they seem to have had with the company.

Do it. I use them and have nothing but great things to say about their service. I have a signal everyplace. All my friends borrow my phone to make calls because their providers suck.
My mobile to mobile minutes go up every month too because more and more people are switching to them. Got to love free calls!

its usually shaniqua, lotrorya or some other dumb minimum wage monkey who can't add 2 and 2 let alone work infront of a computer. What difference does it make? is there a way to call someone who actually can talk normal english and has some authority?
