I never gain and everyone i train never gains much muscle when eating 5 or 6 meals but we grow like a weed with 2,3,4 meals. if you notice pros and others eat more meals when getting cut , not bulking. Dorian would eat 4 to gain and 5 to get cut. Just a thought in case some of you that eat 6 meals arent gaining. Speeding up metabolism to gain muscle never made sense to me, you want it to be slow in my opinion and also mentzers opinion also.

True to a point. An easy example is when BBers use T3. 12.5-25 mcgs provides an anabolic effect, while anything over 50 mcgs tends to lead to a catabolic condition.
 
eating 5, 6meals if for getting cut , not gaining. You would gain much more eating 4 meals over 5 meals even if the 4 meals is less calories from what ive seen . the more fat you gain the more muscle you can get and if you want to be in it for the long hall, gaining alot of fat shouldnt bother no one
