WELLL ALL THAT FUSS WAS OVER NOTHING... (from this thead: http://boards.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=291578)

i walked into the gym with a mission today. spent the day trying to get pumped up and listening to RATM haha.

went in, 196lbs on the bench, my previous bench 1RM, went up for 2 reps! :D i did a third, but it was assisted.

so i felt adventurous... 201 ALMOST went up. i guess if i stuck to a 1RM on 196 and saved up some gas for the 200, i would have broke it today. man, the 200 is closer than ever!

after that, still felt like i had tons of energy, so decided to hit the back (today was supposed to be back day). did the deads today.

5x5 with 168lbs.

w00t!

i guess that rest did do me some good. got a bit scared after that monday workout though. lol.

i listened to all these tracks:

bulls on parade, people of the sun, renegades of funk, the ghost of tom joad, vietnow, wake up, and calm like a bomb.

then guerilla radio RIGHT before the bench. worked like a charm :)
 
oh, and oasis has one track called "fuckin in the bushes", which works very well..

i also highly recommend some prodigy (smack my bitch up), some crystal method (the good stuff they did before every gino knew who they were), and some good ol' DMX.
