Doing deads have really brought my squat up!!!

Always wondered how come I had pretty big legs but my squat sucked, for the last month and a half i've been hitting deads e3d and my squats jumped up. :)

Hadn't done squats in over a month to see if the deads would help them, and when I did them today I did over 100lbs more than last time ... still can't believe it.

I still feel like my legs can hold way more weight and it's still my back that gives up, gonna keep hitting the deads hard. :D

Yeah my skwat progress and DL progress are always inter-twined, or whatever. When one goes up, the other goes up too.

For Sheezy brother... my squat strength is through the roof... I attribute alot of that to a strengthing of my lower back...

Yep, I also hit a plateau with my squat gains until I really started pushing my deads. Granted I wasn't doing deads E3D, but it still makes a world of difference. You need the whole trunk to be strong for squats.
