(chest) incline bench: 125x8, RP, x6, RP, x6

chest stretch (held for 45s)

(shoulders) seated shoulder press: 75x8, RP, x5, RP, x5

shoulder stretch (held for 1 minute)

(triceps) lying extensions: 95x8, RP, x5, x5 (cheated eccentric)

tricep stretch (held for 1 minute)

(back width) yates rows: 155x8, RP, x6, RP, x4

lat stretch (held for 1 minute)

(back thickness) BO rows: 150x8, RP, x5, RP, x5

i had a kickass day. intense. during the stretches, it was painful as hell. i can honestly say i got some weird pleasure out of it. my triceps and shoulders and back are gorged with blood and incredibly pumped. this is bliss. this is partly why i train. this is my escape
