Does ZMA give you acne?

I started taking ZMA a couple of days ago (three pills 30-60 minutes before I sleep) and my Chest, Back and Face got acne. Have any of you guys gotten acne with ZMA?

I've been takin ZMA for about a month now...4 pills a night, and it didn't give me any acne. I used to have really bad acne also, so if it did cause it...I would get it.

Damn, I figured no one bought into that chocolate/greasy food BS. That shit doesnt give you acne. Neither does ZMA. In fact, I've heard some studies have shown that Zinc can reduce acne. It has to be something else.

What else are you using? Juice? Prohormones?

My durabolin/sust and winstrol cycle was finished close to three months ago. I am just taking protein shakes, glutamine, Multi-Vitamins and some more Vitamin E and C. I just started to use ZMA so I thought it was that. Maybe I am just a horny bastard and need to get laid lol
