When I am eating clean/dieting/cutting:
Stack: ECA 100mg-150mg ephedrine ED cycled in and out, T3 dose varies, EQ 600-900mg EW, Test 300mg+ EW, Trenbolone Ace 110mg ED, Anavar 60-100mg ED, Arimidex and Cabergoline. Letro as needed.
6am: 50 grams whey, skim milk, 1/2 cup oats, banana
9am: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 25 grams whey.
12pm: 1 large chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, veggies.
3pm: 1 large chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, veggies
6pm: 1 large chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, veggies
WORKOUT...then POST WORKOUT HGH
8pm: post workout shake - 70 grams whey, skim milk, 1/2 cup oats, banana
10:30/11: 50 grams casein, skim milk
*chicken may be subsituted for tilapia*

Stack: 50mcg T3, Test 300mg EW (tapered down from 900mg), EQ 600mg EQ, Trenbolone Ace 770mg EW, HGH Thanktropins 10ius ED, Letrozole as needed. Arimidex used EOD. Cabergoline EOD before bed.
What I am eating right now:
5:30am: 50mcg T3, 40mg Dbol (dropped the dbol a few weeks ago), 2.5mcg letrozole EOD, 5iu's HGH Thanktropins
6am: 50 grams whey, skim milk, 1 cup oats (maybe more, maybe less), 1 banana
9am: whole wheat wrap with 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, grilled chicken breast, alpine lace swiss cheese
12pm: same as above
3pm: greek yogurt 2% fat (very convenient and 44 grams of protein), cup of oats or some shredded mini wheats
6pm: Whatever the wifey cooks. Options for protein are chicken breast, turkey meat, burger, steak, tilapia, salmon. carbs are sweet potato or brown rice.

8pm: post workout shake - 70 grams whey protein, skim milk, banana, 1 cup oats or more. Sometimes I'll munch on a piece of bread if hungry.
9pm: maybe some fat free ice cream or yogurt depending on what the wife wants and if we are watching a movie. Sometimes she'll make me eggs. If she isn't making anythign and doesn't want to share ice cream I make a shake again.
10pm: casien shake, maybe some oats or brown rice or ezekial bread.
10:30pm: cabergoline EOD, 1.1 cc Tren ace, cardio in bed with wife
