Does your diet match your aas cycle??

Every OP on this forum usually states his diet is "dead on" "on point" etc etc... But what the hell does that really mean? Your diets should be tweaked to accompany the types of gear your running. I'd like to hear from you guys the cycle you run currently and your typical diet also?? You may learn something from others experiences...
 
As far as my diet / cycle goes...

Test 300mg pw 1-18
Npp 300mg pw 1-10
Eq 600mg pw 1-16
Parabolan 300mg 8-16
Anavar 70mgs ed 10-18

1-10
7am Protein shake with egg whites
8am 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup yogurt
10:30 10oz round eye steak with 1 cup sweet potatoes 6 oz cottage cheese
1pm 10oz turkey breast 1 cup sweet potatoes 8 oz skim milk
4pm protein shake with 8oz egg whites
5pm prework out home made protein bar and banana
7pm 12oz chicken breast 1 cup broccoli and 1 cup brown rice
9:30pm shake with 8 oz chocolate 1% milk before bed.

350-400 grams protein roughly 4k calories

Weeks 10-18
I will proceed with same type of meals however cut all solid foods down by 4oz or 1/2 cup. I will also add 9 weeks of clen to the back end as well 3 wks on 3 wks off repeat...

Sunday is cheat day and I allow myself 1 meal then of whatever the fuck I want!!

Drink at least 1 gallon water ed nothing else but milk. Alcohol is scratched during cycle but even off I usuall go thru about 4-6 beers a month.

What does everything think? Any critiques??
 
Damn dialed in Id say. I think one of the biggest issues with my diet is having to cook.

It's so easy bro!! I just buy all my meats and potatoes on Sunday. Bake the steaks and turkey breast all together and boil my 6 sweet potatoes, cut them in half and eat half for each meal. It takes roughly about 1 hr or less on Sunday night to cook it all. Put it all in a big Tupperware bowl and bring it to work on Monday's and I'm set for the week ahead...
 
5am 80g Oats, 40g peanut butter, 300ml milk, 1scoop of whey and 1 banana
9am 80g Branflakes, 300ml milk, 2 wholewheat toast and 3 eggs.
1pm 150g chicken breast, 250g of savoury rice and 1tin of vegetable soup
4pm apple, banana and a pear.
post work out 500ml of cranberry & blueberry juice and 2 scoops of whey.
7pm meal with the wife, consisting with usually chicken/beef/fish and vegetables.
3800-4000cals 250g protein

Thanks bro! I'm all in on this cycle!!! No fuckin excuses!! I'm really looking to see what I can do and hopefully even compete by next year. I figured I've sacrificed so much time the past ten yrs I might as well!!!

10pm - 7am (work)

11pm 50g protein shake with whole milk, 2 slices of whole bread with butter

1am 8oz chicken, 1/2 cup sweet potato

2:30am Peanutbutter & jelly ( 5 table spoons) 10oz whole milk

4am 8oz chicken, 1 cup sweet potato, 1 yogurt

6am peanut butter and jelly, 50g protein shake with whole milk

That diet is awesome. I am on tren ace 40 ed ghrp 6 100mcg 3x ed and cjc 1295 250mcg 2x a week. and my diet is not dialed in at all. I try to stay over 300 g protein under 3k of cals and min carbs. The carbs are what I can never stick to. Meals not planned. Before i do my next cycle I will try something VERY similar to you diet. Might copy it completely.

Bro, u have a good routine going but 1 thing that sticks out to me is you're relying too much on protein shakes and bars!! If you want to gain the serious size and mass you need 80-90% of your protein intake to be from real foods!! I learned the hard way myself yrs ago that sucking down shakes and bars isn't the best route to take! Also too, keep this in mind; your body is only going to consume so much protein in a meal and then just pass the rest. I don't see it being a possibility that your body can digest and consume all 100+ grams on protein in 1 meal?? 75 for the shake and at least 30 from the chicken? I bet you shit a painful brick every morning??? If so its too much at once and need to spread it out more.

Wow that seems like a lot of food. Did it take a while to get up to that much? There is no way I could eat all that. My problem is if I eat too much when I take my ghrp 6 it doesn't seem to work as far as hunger. Not sure if I get my hgh spike if the hunger doesnt hit hard.
 
7am: shake(40g protein) , oats(50g)
9am: chicken breasts, 3 slices wholemeal bread, salad
12pm: chicken breast,2 eggs, 40g brown rice
3pm: turkey( about 200g),40g wholemeal pasta, peas
5pm: same as 3pm ( sometimes chicken), broccoli also
8pm: pwo shake(40g protein), 40g simple carbs( glucose powder or sugary cereal)
9pm: chicken and broccoli
11.30 pm: 200g sirloin steak, 150g low fat cottage cheese
I supplement multi vitamins, vit c, cod liver oil, bcaa's and creatine.

Altogether by the end of the day I've used 1kg of chicken, 200g turkey, 200g steak, 150g cottage cheese, 80g whey protein and a litre of whole milk. Not sure on the amount of protein that is exactly but as you can see it's alot and I've noticed improvements since eating this much.

6,2 260lbs weighed 2 hours ago. I'm guessing around 12% BF. I was 258lbs when that avi photo was taken last sunday.

Currently 6 weeks into my 2nd injectable cycle (3rd including anavar) :

Test-e 750mg a week
Dbol 60mg per day ( last day tommorow )

I'm gonna continue the cycle for another 8 weeks with just the test. I may throw some winny in at the end just before pct.

Thanks for responding Sinister I appreciate your input! You are not the only one who has told me I consume lots of protein shakes that have lots of grams in them per shake! I really need to do a better job of eating more whole foods like instead of mixing up a shake I should be eating some chicken instead! How many shakes should I consume a day? And how much protein should be in each shake? My protein powder (whey) is 27g per scoop by the way! And yes I have heard that consuming lots of protein per day is pointless bc your body only uses so much and the rest is pooped out! I have to get the theory out of my head that more is better! Lol omg yes me and the toilet have a face off let me tell you lol
 
I forgot to say I eat like this on or off cycle. Only difference is I probably gain slightly more bodyfat when off cycle, which is expected.
I am interested in people's stats, it gives a better picture when your reading people's diet and cycles.
Post yours stats aswell guys

Yea it took awhile for my body to get use to eating all those extra calories and I'm not going to lie some days I'm forcing food down and that's the worst feeling ever bro! There are alot of factors that can be associated with hunger especially on a daily basis bc I think hunger changes all the time! Nervousness, not feeling well, stress, medical condition, worry wart, supplements, life style changes, work, metabolism, and moods all can contribute if your going to be hungry or not that day jmo

As much cash as u probably spend on whey u could be buyin real foods! I buy my weekly meals on Sunday and cook them all up Sunday night and that lasts me all week at work! Buy a few packages of beef round eye, turkey and chicken breasts and marinate them half the day then bake em for 30-40 mins. At the same time boil the sweet potatoes and then either mash em up or just cut em in half. Box it all up and u got your meals away from home for the week! I usually have 2 shakes a day bc of convenience or time but never more than 3 ever! Start mixing your shakes with egg whites instead of whole milk. The amount of breads, whole milk etc means u will put on some unwanted bf during cycle also so remember that! Skim milk bro!

Very true! But every single real body builder (pro or not) forces themselves to eat at 1 point in the day everyday!! It's staying with it and the dedication that separates the men from boys!

acually I beleave the gear dont mean shit you can bulk on anavar and cut on anadrol. its all diet . only thing that matters is:
1) for fat loss cycle to keep estrogen low or atleast in normal range

Diet matters more, gear dosent unless your trying to lose fat, but even then there are AI's like letro for estrogen, so really even that dont matter.

I don't think so... U make certain tweaks to your diet when u cut or bulk obviously. U have to!! Contest prep diets are completely night and day different compared to off-season bulking bro!

I'm definitely going to do what you told me Sinister and buy more whole foods because I figured it out I'm going through 6lbs of protein powder ever 3 1/2 weeks at $40 per bag when I can buy like 8 all ready cooked chickens at Costco for only $5 a pop!!!!! And many people do what you do and make all your meals for the week on Sundays and I'm going to start doing that because it seems easier to do it that way

I spend about $35 bucks on Sundays for my weekly meals! I'll gro thru a 5 lbs whey tub in 2 months! Like I said I mix all my shakes in egg whites so I'm consuming 60 grams of protein but only 25 of that is from the whey the rest comes from the eggs which is real food!! U will see a huge difference in gains switching I promise u that! Use the protein bars for times when your on the road or can't sit and eat a meal and just need some sort of substance but don't rely on them, most are full of shit!! U can also make your own too which is what I do!

Bro, u have absolutely no business being on test or any aas for that matter!! You're wasting perfectly good natural test at peak levels... 21 is way too young to juice

Also have basically lifted year round since start of 8th grade when not in a season where maintained unless cutting weight.

You're right it doesn't make a difference bro! I understand your thinking but I can't believe that your body has already naturally plateaued at such a young age! U will get a lot of good gains being young but my point is that u could be gaining as much naturally with a great diet and training routine that fits your goals! Your just waiting a lot of high natural test level u could have by suppressing it for synthetic test! It's hard to fathom or understand what I'm getting at but just trust me, I started juicing at 16!!! Yes fuckin 16 amd that was 14 yrs ago and if I could go back and change I would!
 
Yeah its not plateaued or even close bodybuilding wise but honestly getting close strength wise especially without only lifting. I squated 585 deadlifted 635 650(with straps) and hit 435 bench natural but was nothing much left like as soon as not only working out would drop down a very good amount and never quite pack on amount of weight on frame need in shorter period of time. didnt help have had 5 surgery's since hs. Guess we will see. I appreciate your feed back

Meal 1: (breakfast)Protein shake blended with 2tbs of pb, banana, 1 scoop whey, 8oz 1%milk, tps of evoo
Meal 2: (Breakfast)2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 2 slices bacon, wheat toast with creatine, half a apple
Meal 3: handful almonds, nature valley bar, or pack of tuna or sardines
Meal 4: (lunch) Turkey or chicken sandwich on rye or wheat with light mayo, provolone, with whole grain chips or wheat thins and a small green salad.
Meal 5: Whey shake with water, and a tbs of pb or almonds and trail mix or same as Meal 3
Meal 6: Post workout whey shake
Meal 7: (dinner) 8oz chicken or fish, grilled, with either sweet potato, brown rice or pasta with evoo and parmesan cheese, asparagus, green salad with ginger dressing or with ranch
and boiled egg
Meal 8: casein or whey shake with milk, pb, maybe half a banana... then I hit the sack

Fish Oils, N2guard, taurine, creatine mono powder and ancient strength, vitamin c, on a daily basis.

Avg about 3500-4000 cals daily.
 
Is that the same with all of the slow release protein? One of them says 12 hour across the tub. Are they all casein?

What about pea protein. Have a tub, smells like crap. I don't know why I bought it, it was several months ago and never tried it.

Stack: ECA 100mg-150mg ephedrine ED cycled in and out, T3 dose varies, EQ 600-900mg EW, Test 300mg+ EW, Trenbolone Ace 110mg ED, Anavar 60-100mg ED, Arimidex and Cabergoline. Letro as needed.

6am: 50 grams whey, skim milk, 1/2 cup oats, banana
9am: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 25 grams whey.
12pm: 1 large chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, veggies.
3pm: 1 large chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, veggies
6pm: 1 large chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, veggies
WORKOUT...then POST WORKOUT HGH
8pm: post workout shake - 70 grams whey, skim milk, 1/2 cup oats, banana
10:30/11: 50 grams casein, skim milk
*chicken may be subsituted for tilapia*

10:30pm: cabergoline EOD, 1.1 cc Tren ace, cardio in bed with wife

What kind of casein do you take and does it taste like shit?
 
Casein doesn't necessarily taste like crap I like something slow before bed so make it through night without being too hungry
 
Casein pretty much tastes like shit and mixes horribly. I have to put some splenda and cinamon and milk in it. You have to use a blender otherwise it will be very clumpy. I think I am using just the GNC ON Casein or something. All my protein is chocolate :)
